Six Easy Ways to Improve Memory
- Increase pure water consumption.
- Stop drinking any other liquids.
- Eliminate dairy products.
- Increase high fiber foods.
- Get some sun 20-30 minutes per day at minimum with as muchskin exposed as is safe. Do not use sun blocks. Start with small times if you are in hot sun area.
- Get mild exercise. Start with 10 minutes of walking andbuild additional minutes each day until you can walk for 60minutes.

To really improve memory you need to train it, not drink lot's of water...lol. You have to learn how to use mnemonics or even better you should raise your Digit spans. Digit span is a test of short term working memory. Being healty only does so much for your brain. Look at Steven Hawkings for example. He certaintly isn't very healthy, but he is considered to have genius mental abilities. Infact, I would say most geniuses are fairly unfit, for the simple reason that they would be using there mind too much to bother with eating healthy or exercising the body.
