High Energy Snack Balls
1 cup dried apricotsYou better make a double recipe with this one because these things go fast.
1 cup dried figs
1 cup dates
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey
Grind apricots, figs, dates, and raisins in food processor, each ingredient separate.
Add unsweetened coconut.
Mix almond butter and honey.
Combine the fruit mixture and almond butter mixture.
Roll into balls and chill in refrigerator.
