Crock Pot Beef Recipe:

Betty's Barbecue Beef

Nothing says barbecue like barbecued beef in ye olde crockpot.

1 1/2 pounds chuck roast (or other cuts of beef)
2 cups ketchup OR
2 cups favorite barbecue sauce
2 Tbs honey
1 can beer -- your favorite
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 4-8 hours.

Shred meat and serve on buns.
