Honey
Chicken Wings

pounds chicken wings Salt
to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste 1 cup honey 1/2 cup
soy sauce 2 Tbs vegetable oil 2 Tbs ketchup 1/2 garlic clove minced
Cut
off and discard chicken wing tips. Cut each wing into 2 parts and sprinkle with
salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Place wings in slow
cooker and pour sauce over. Cook 6 to 8 hours on LOW.
Oriental
Chicken Wings

lbs whole chicken wings or drumettes 1 cup soy sauce 3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water 1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp garlic
powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ginger
Discard
the tips from the chicken wings and cut wings apart. Place pieces in the crockpot.
Combine the remaining 8 ingredients into a bowl and mix well together. Pour over
chicken. Cover. Cook on Low for about 6 hours or on High for about 4 hours or
until chicken is done.
Spicy
Cajun Buffalo Wings
3
or more lb chicken wings or small chicken legs 1 bottle Kraft Spicy BBQ sauce
or K.C. Style sauce 1 1/2 tsp red cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic flakes; minced 1 tsp onion flakes; minced
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce 2 tbs Green Dragon or jalapeno sauce 1 tbs
tabasco sauce 1 tbs Cajun Spice or Capt. Link's Cajun seasoning
In
your crock pot, add chicken, BBq Sauce, and all spices. Stir and heat on low for
4 hours.
