Since 1995, I've tried to develop Health & Beyond Online as an important source for online alternative health and life-style information.

Within this site, you'll find diet and detox articles, opinions, interviews, recipes, newsletters, and links to other points of interest on the web. My material will contribute to your knowledge of health and survival from a natural perspective.

To achieve maximum health with the program I teach, you must reject conventional ways of thinking.
