"How to Survive the Recession by Working Online" Day
|
Our business
here at Health & Beyond Online, like so many others, has been
negatively impacted by the recession.
With
that said, it's been my experience in life that tough times bring out the best
in me, and I hope that's true for you, too.
During
my adult years, I've lived through and survived a house fire, a house flood, and
my wife's major cancer surgery, as well as several job changes.
I
know how tough it can be to leave a job (voluntarily or involuntarily) for something
totally unknown.
I
was scared purple each time I changed my place or method of employment.
That
was especially true when I decided to work for myself out of my home back in 1999
at age 51.
That
decision was downright terrifying because I not only had a mortgage to pay and
bills to meet every month, but I also had two sons about ready to head off for
college.
Happily,
each of my employment changes eventually resulted in a better life, especially
when I decided to try my hand at making a living on the Internet, which I've been
doing successfully for ten whole years now and which I expect to be doing until
I retire.
Well,
if you've lost your job or if you smell unemployment in your near (or even distant)
future, I have an excellent free resource you can read to learn what it takes
to succeed with an online business out of a back bedroom.
This
resource is a free 112-page PDF manual for how to make a living online called
Need to Know.
I've
read this Need to Know manual three times now, and my copy is getting so
ragged from referring back to it, I need to print off another one soon.
That's
how valuable I find it, and I've been earning a full-time living on the Internet
for a decade.
A
funny (and very smart) man named Paul Myers wrote the Need to Know manual.
For
the past twelve years, Paul has also published a free email newsletter called
TalkBiz,which I've been reading for ten of those years.
I've
learned more from Paul's TalkBiz newsletter about earning an honest
living online than I've learned from anyone else. Period.
If
you're looking for a potential new career, Paul's free Need to Know manual
and free TalkBiz newsletter are must reads.
Click
here now to download a free copy of the manual and subscribe to Paul's newsletter
at the same time.
Near
as I can tell, we're in for some tough years for the foreseeable future.
The
information in Paul's material will help many of us survive (and even prosper)
during times when others are losing their homes, losing their jobs, and living
in tent cities while eating in soup kitchens.
