Low Carb Recipe:

Creamy Baked Eggs

Low carb people who fear dairy or can't have it in their diet, this recipe is not for you. Everyone else, try it out!

1/4 cup half and half
8 large eggs
Salt and pepper
1 cup grated Jarisburg cheese or other semisoft cheese

Heat oven to 450F degrees.

Pour cream into a 9-inch ovenproof skillet. Carefully crack the eggs into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.

Bake about 10 minutes, until eggs are set.

If you prefer softer yolks, remove the eggs after 9 minutes; for firmer yolks, 11 minutes is sufficient.
