8 large eggs
Salt and pepper
1 cup grated Jarisburg
cheese or other semisoft cheese
oven to 450F degrees.

Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
about 10 minutes, until eggs are set.
you prefer softer yolks, remove the eggs after 9 minutes; for firmer yolks, 11
minutes is sufficient.
