cup half and half Heat oven to 450F degrees. Pour cream into a 9-inch ovenproof skillet. Carefully crack the eggs into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake about 10 minutes, until eggs are set. If
you prefer softer yolks, remove the eggs after 9 minutes; for firmer yolks, 11
minutes is sufficient. Enjoy this low carb recipe.
