Low Carb Recipe:
time you're at the grocery store, pick up a bottle of Dijon mustard
and be sure you have a skillet... that's about all you need for
this low carb dinner.
breasts with or without skin
3 Tbs olive oil (or any other)
2 cloves garlic minced
3 Tbs white wine
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
oil in a skillet. Add minced garlic and cook 3 minutes, stirring
chicken breasts and brown.
a separate bowl, combine wine, soy sauce and mustard and mix well.
Pour generously over chicken.
and cook until done.
