Mexican Food Recipe:
Gonzales Spicy Bean Burritos

Tbs olive oil
4 cups black beans, soft and cooked
2 cups rice, cooked
3 green onions, well chopped
4 garlic cloves, well chopped
1 medium red
pepper, well chopped
1 bunch spinach, cleaned and chopped
2 hot peppers, crushed
2 cups shredded jack cheese
and pepper to taste
a frying pan, add the olive oil; when hot, add the onions, garlic, and hot peppers.
Cook until the onions are translucent. Add the spinach and cook until the spinach
softens and begins to cook down into the mixture. Lower the heat and add the black
