If you're having problems, want to check the status of an order, or wish to order over the phone, please click here to contact your L'Bri Consultant, Leah Day.

For best results, please do not place orders for L'Bri products on public or work computers. These computers often filter ecommerce sites and your order will not be processed properly.

L'Bri Shipping and Guarantee

L'Bri Pure n' Natural ships orders directly to customers from the head office in Wisconsin. Customer orders are shipped within 12-48 hours of being received by L'Bri.

If you receive your order and find it incomplete, please contact your consultant, Leah Day, to correct the mistake.

Shipping and Handling Charges

All orders are shipped US Priority Mail. S&H amounts will automatically be calculated in the shopping cart.

Shipping & Handling Charges for Customer Orders:
Orders of $60 or more - FREE
Under $60 (excluding NutriAloe) - $6.75
Orders Containing NutriAloe - $6.75

Alaska & Hawaii Orders - Up to $100 S&H is $7.00. Orders over $100 7% of the retail product total.
Nutri Aloe: There is an additional $3.50 per bottle, and $32 per case.

Guarantees

L'Bri guarantees all skin care and nutritional products for 30 days. If you find you are unsatisfied with the products or cannot use them for some reason, please contact your consultant, Leah Day for a refund. You will be required to ship the items back to the L'Bri office at your own expense.

L'Bri color products - cosmetics - are not refundable due to incorrect color choice. Your Consultant, Leah Day, has set up a free Cosmetic Consultation service to help you find the best match for your cosmetics the first time you order.

After filling out the survey, Leah Day will send you samples of several colors to try. Please use this opportunity to try the products before you buy. Cosmetics that have been purchased without taking the consultation will not be refunded if found to be the wrong color.

If you find that the color product is broken or defective, please contact Leah Day for a replacement.

Free Sample Kit Policy

The Free Sample Kit offer cannot be combined with any other products.

This offer is limited to one per person and available only within the US.

The Free Sample kit ships for $5.75 to the lower 48 states, and $7.00 for Hawaii and Alaska.

New Customers: How to Place an Order

Please go to www.leahday.lbri.com to place your order. Click on the "New Customer" link at the top of the page. Fill out the form completely, making sure you select a username at the top - many customers miss that part!

Hit "Submit" at the bottom of the page. A box should come up asking you what you want to do. Click "Go Shopping" and you should be entered into the L'Bri shopping system.

To find products, check the links on the left side bar. If you have any problems, can't find a particular product, or wish to place your order over the phone, please don't hesitate to contact Leah Day immediately!

Returning Customers: How to Place an Order

Please go to www.leahday.lbri.com to place your order. Click on the "Go Shopping" link at the top of the page. Enter your username and password. If you cannot remember your username and password, please click here to request them from Leah Day.
