Everyone
loves spaghetti. This recipe is easy to make and also healthy; if you haven't
used the Sicilian staples of basil, Italian parsley, olive oil, and garlic, then
this recipe is sure to convert you.
Ingredients
and Directions:

pound Italian sausage, hot or mild 1/2 pound ground beef 1/3 cup fresh
parsley, minced (or 1/4 tsp dried) 1/3 cup fresh basil, minced (or 1/4 tsp
dried) 6-8 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup minced onion 2 cans Cento tomato
sauce Salt and pepper Cooked pasta
Mix
and brown your sausage and ground beef. Then saute onions with meat. Move meat
and onions to one side of pan and add olive oil to cook garlic for a minute. Add
tomato sauce, parsley, salt and pepper.
