Given
the frequent bad news across the Internet and on news stations every night for
the United States, it's not as easy to maintain a stress-free life as it used
to be.
Granted,
it's never easy to stay stress-free as we're daily battling stress. But lately,
there are catastrophes around the horizon not in our control.
Wall
Street in danger. Major banks, lending houses, and financial institutions crashing
left and right. Politicians demanding nearly a trillion dollars added to the U.S.
deficit. Talk of a Greater Depression.
On
top of all this, a vicious presidential election season that's further ripping
the country apart.
It's
hard to turn all this stimuli off. But it's something you have to do in order
to destress.
Here
are a list of things you can that will help distract you from these stressful
times:
Start
a 10-gallon fish tank. This can be done easily under $75. A school of ten bright
tetras and a small catfish can bring you hours of relaxation and fun. To learn
more about fish tanks, click here and here
if you want to try your hand at affordable saltwater in a 10-gallon tank.

you work online, go here and bookmark the page
and visit it during the day as stress levels build.
Go
for daily half hour walks in your neighborhood or local park.
